What makes your raw denim different?
Our denim is custom-woven exclusively for us by Kuroki Mills in Okayama, Japan. We focus on unique fabric character and high-quality construction that allows each garment to age beautifully over time.
How should I choose the right size?
We provide detailed measurement charts for every garment. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own that fits well and comparing those dimensions to our size guide.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased at a discount or marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you provide hemming services?
We offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price jeans purchased through our online store. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes; however, hemmed jeans are final sale.
How often should I wash my raw denim?
There are no strict rules, but we recommend wearing your jeans for as long as possible before the first wash to set creases and fades. When it is time, hand wash or machine wash cold inside out and hang to dry.
